Hi, I'm Chamara

Well, it was a day that I got to know about this amazing website called Ebay.com. Today we all know it’s one of the world’s largest E-Commerce websites that is more popular among Europe countries. Somehow I got to know this from Sri Lanka’s popular magazine called Wijaya Pariganaka (At that time people like me who didn’t have internet were able to get to know tech updates from this magazine).

There was an article about this eBay website and there are a bunch of screenshots. At that time I thought “Wow, is there any way that I can build something like that in my country?”. After years I self learn about Shopify from YouTube and then as a first step I design my very first online store using the Shopify platform. I didn’t stop from there and started to develop blogs using wordpress. This was a really interesting period because of this self hustle I was able to get approved Google Adsense for one of my blogs.

Then I started to learn SEO and more about web development and blogging through YouTube and Udemy. So then covid pandemic came and we all prison to our homes. I was designing and developing websites and blogs for my friends and one day I thought why don’t I give it a try to do freelancing? So as a result I founded this brand, Rarelayouts.
